One can almost always see some lower lung. Depends on where they start the scan and how much gravity has affected the breasts. And how high your diaphragms are. They like to start at the top of the diaphragm which can be as high as one's nipples. Ask the CT scanner where they usually start or is your "abdominal" CT a focused say on lower abdomen. You can request the CT scan on a disc and look

Partially, by no means complete images that can be only obtained with dedicated scans. Incidental, abnormal findings are sometimes captured and the radiologist usually suggests full, dedicated views for follow up and better description.
