An accurate weight measurements requires checking the same time daily with same amount of clothing. Check consistently like in the morning, use a reliable method to track weight and calorie intake/output, such as a smartphone app. Weight during the day, and throughout the week, will fluctuate. Approximately a deficit of 3500 calories will result in 1 lbs of fat weight loss. Good luck!

You are eating more calories than you are burning, Get the app Cronometer and enter all you eat and burn and it will become clear what is going on. Do a plot of calories in and out and weight every day and you will see.
