small (way less than 1cm), firm, bump under skin back of neck, right side about 3 inch under hair line. seems to go away when i sit up head. 21 y/o?

Bump on Neck: Any bump needs to be examined by your doctor. Please see him/her. One possibility is a sebaceous cyst. These are relatively common on head, neck, and shoulders. Peace and good health.
