Ive been dealing with a rash along the bottom eyelids, both sides of nose and mouth. its itchy and bumpy. dr has no idea what it could be? its been 2 weeks and its really itchy! body has no rash at all. any ideas what could cause this issue?

It will be hard to diagnose without looking the rash. From the description, it could be from Acne Rosacea(likely), seborrhic dermatitis or lupus erythematosus. Suggest you to get Dermatology evaluation.
