Rosacea: This is most likely due to ocular or generalized rosacea. I would recommend you see an ophthalmologist and a dermatologist. A gentle scrub with a drop or two of Johnson's no tears baby shampoo may provide temporary relief but you will likely need Metrogel for your face and an ocular antibiotic ointment for your eyelids
