Quit drinking and get help from a mental health provider. It would be prudent to start with a primary provider to make sure your withdrawal from alcohol does not make matters worse. There is no safe level of alcohol use. Wish you good health!

If you are having blackouts then you need help detoxing from alcoholism. Please see a Psychiatrist who can help you with your detox and then with recovery. After you have dealt with the physical effects then please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy.
