Veins very visible in chest and arms, now painful in calf inside of knee. about a year.should i worry about this?

Painful Veins: I would see a physician about this. There several medical disorders associated with this presentation. It appears to be a phlebitis which is inflammation of the veins. So rather than just worry, I would see a physician right away. I won't give the list of conditions associated with these symptoms... Let your provider take a look.
