Nucl cell 1mg, is it a typo? If it is nucl cell 1/microL, the CSF is normal, neurosyphilis is less likely.

There are simple tests to diagnose syphilis than getting CSF examined. If you do not have syphilis you do not have neurosyphilis. I can not imagine a doctor doing lumbar puncture to test for neurosyphilis without a diagnosis of syphilis.
