Csf lab result. history of syphilis, hiv - my lab results are in but no neurosyphilis but, lymphs csf% value is %90, higher than normal mono, macro csf% is 8%, lower than normal. ive experiencing hairloss, headaches and diarrhea. what disease i hav?

What was the total white blood cell count in your CSF? The cell type percentages mean nothing if the total is low and normal. Post a new question with the total WBC count, and also protein level.

Were you treated for syphilis? Are you undertreatment for HIV. If no to either, see your doctor at your earliest and get treated. The data you provided on CSF is not interpretable.

I finished syphilis treatment back in February and my lab results TPA and RPR still reactive titer is 1:2 but on ref range says non reactive for all. Do I still needs to worry about my results? also is theres any chance that I have neurosyphilis?

Does wbc/white blood cell count have a different term on the LP/csf report? (I only see lymph, neut, mono, total nucleated cells) is wbc one of those?
