Probably OK: It is unlikely that you hit your head with enough force on the freezer door to cause any serious damage. However, if you develop any symptoms of closed head injury, such as vision changes, vomiting, mental status changes, then you need to be seen. But the likelihood is that you got a good knock and may have a bruise.
