I have a vestibular disorder. since last wednesday my vertigo has been worse than normal. move my head, crouched down and get up. waking up with headache.even a noise out of the blue will trigger it. its not lightheartedness. i know the difference?

Not feasible to be precise, but let's assume this is peripheral, not central, and if so, may respond to vestibular physical therapy, and possible Epley maneuvers. The association with headaches might even raise possible migraine mechanism causing paroxysmal vertigo. See neurologist or get virtual consult here at HT to provide next steps.
