You can take the minipill which does not contain estrogen.

Contraception depends on your fertility goal and timeline. If your periods are heavy and irregular, I would recommend an IUD (which only has progesterone). Your other option is nexplanon and the mini pill as mentioned (both progresterone). The paragard IUD has copper, no hormones.
