Hello, i have pain near upper, lateral portion of base of penis after unexpected pressure on an erection. i heard no noise and have no swelling, bruising, etc. just throbbing pain and pain on erection. is this likely a ligament? thanks?

There is no ligament in the penis. You likely have a mild case of penile strangulation. If the penis is not swollen or bruising, the pain will resolve eventually. I would suggest no sexual activity in the next 3 days or until the pain resolves completely.

Probably a bruise.Use a heating to the area 2-3 x a day. , hold sex for a few days and take some OTC Ibuprofen for 3-4 days. You should be OK
