Can your sinuses and eustachian tubes make it difficult to swallow if they're swollen or full of drainage? i seem to have pressure in my one ear and back of my throat also. but my throat is not painful more like a little scratchy?

Sinus problem should not interfere with swallowing function but pharyngitis along with sinusitis in the setting of upper respiratory infection can cause pain or discomfort with swallowing.
