I am constantly experiencing headache from past 3 to 4 days also today while eating i found difficulty in tearing bread from my right hand,this isn't my first time but it is very rare.but now i am concern that can all this be connected or it is fine?

I realize you need help but this is not the best way to answer your question. This forum is limited to understanding your symptoms well enough to say what is possibliy wrong. You need an in-person examination. I am not sure what difficulty tearing bread means. Headaches can come from many reasons
