Do i have absorbable vicyrl suture hypersensitivity 6 weeks after mohs surgery or is it because the mohs surgery stitches were in nasolabial area where i had bellafille 6 years ago? the area is red and swollen lumps under and around stitches?

It’s a difficult answer because Bellafil should have dissolved completely After 5years.However, that filler has microspheres of a substance that sometimes get engulfed by the reaction of your body to them and they might be the red inflamed bumps or “granulomas” that you’re seeing right now. You should go to your Dermatologist and explain.He/she will tell if a steroid in the area could improve it.
