I have deliver a hydroceal 4 weeks after ingruial hernia surgery will this go away on its own or will i need surgery?

First we have to be sure if it is a Hydrocele and not a hematoma (collection of blood or serum), This is done by Ultrasound. If a Hydrocele then it will not go away by itself, a hematoma will.
