Hi good evening, i got lab today with dengue ns1 / dengue duo the result is dengue ns1 antigen positive, dengue igm positive, dengue igg negative.. what does that mean? do i need to be admitted?

Those results mean you are acutely infected with Dengue (positive NS1 antigen and IgM) but not long enough for IgG to develop yet. Admitting criteria will depend on your medical history, current physical exam and lab results. Not do all acutely Dengue infected patients require hospital admission.
