A member asked:

Is it possible for a ethmoid osteoma to cause csf leak in ear?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unable to find any reported cases of such an eventuality, but an osteosarcoma could invade the base of the skull and perhaps cause CSF rhinorrhea. All of this appears extremely rare and unlikely.
