Small red dots on roof of my mouth? brief recap is ive had a cough for over a week, and a sinus infection. im on antibiotics, and my symptoms have improved except for the cough. i just looked in my mouth and noticed these small red dots on the roof?

There are a number of reasons that you could have small dots on the palate. Inflamed minor salivary glands, herpes simplex or herpetiform aphthae are possibilities. If it's not resolving with your other issues, have an Oral surgeon check it out.
