This may be a dumb question but i am worried! i have a prescription for adderall and it sometimes cause me to sweat, and my friend told me that adderall will secrete through my sweat and if i touch my animals i may harm them, is this true?

No. The amount of the medication in your sweat would be in such miniscule amount that it will have no effect on any living being you touch.
