Increased sweating: Stimulants like Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) increase sweating. The odor could be combination of the medication and one's own natural smells based on diet and other individual variations. I wonder if one of the scents is due to byproducts of the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) itself as being excreted from the body including from the skin. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) stimlates the body similarly to the fight or flight system, odor is a fight mechanism.

Drug effect: Almost all adult males have increased perspiration with stimulants, particularly amphetamines. This is typical sympathomemetic dose related effect. How sweat itself smells is a result of individual chemistry & diet. Sweet smelling perspiration suggests an abundance of Amino Acids in diet. Dry mouth accompanies sweating, so drinking excessive amounts of diet drinks increases phenylalanine loads.
