Hello! so like 2 weeks ago i bit my lip multiple times when chewing gum and it left a pretty decent cut. now though, i have discovered tiny white bumps on my lower lip which is the general area and just today i have developed dry mouth that won't go?

Dry mouth and the white bumps are likely unrelated. A wound in the mouth can have white surface, it will heal on its own. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless to ensure that you are not dehydrated.

Lesions are canker sores that will go away since the trauma to area will subside. Go to drug store and get a bottle of dry mouth solution and rinse with it.

White bumps may be normal Fordyce Granules, damaged minor salivary gland ducts, incipient traumatic ulceration, or other reasons. Please see your Dentist for examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment. As to dry mouth, OTC palliative products may be helpful, but best to see your Dentist to determine cause.
