Thiamine is not known for its effect on raising blood pressure, some medical reasons for thiamine supplementation such as chronic alcohol use are notorious to cause hypertension.

Thiamine does not cause high blood pressure and your blood pressure it not abnormally high. You may wish to have your blood pressure checked by a doctor under basal, resting condition. Wish you good health!
