I have noticed that a mole that i've always had on my leg has changed a little bit. its contour is not that well-defined anymore, it seems a little blurry. is this something to worry about?

Any mole that changes in contour and color should be examined and biopsied by a dermatologist. A possible basal cell or melanoma lesion could be present. These are pre cancerous and should be examined immediately.
