Diaper rash for more than a month. tried many creams with limited success. what would you recommend?

This may reflect that there is skin inflammation which is more difficult to treat. Other more rare causes include immune deficiency. Has the baby had other infections such as pneumonia? The skin regimen should include gentle soap and water, keeping the diaper open to air as much as possible, frequent diaper changes and high quality absorbent diapers.
