I was using a hair dryer to dry my hair. there were strong flows of hot air blowing directly into my right ear for 1-2 minutes. can this cause damages/injuries in my ear and "hearing loss"? i am feeling pain and discomfort in my ear?

I would think not unless it melted a lot of was and that flowed to your ear drum. If you have a hearing problem have someone look in that ear.
