My left leg is super stiff in the muscles just below my knee. painful and stiff when i first get up and gets better as i walk. i am post chemo, surgery, radiation with clear scans. i am still on kadcyla monthly. heat helps but temporarily?

Hard to assess in absence of exam but ponder edema, vascular issues, anterior compartment syndrome. Obtain a thorough evaluation ASAP and if worsening go to urgent care

Check to see if fluid retention within the veins of that leg occurs after sitting. Measure the girth of your left calf and see if it's larger than the right after sitting a while. If so the valves in the left leg are weak. Wearing compression stockings would then help.
