Im 37 weeks and 5 days pregnant and i relapsed on meth about 2 days ago (so almost 48 hours ago id say) and i honestly relapsed by only doing a very small amount . . . how long will it take to get out of my system so me and baby are clean at birth?

Stop this poison, NOW and FOREVER, and hope for the best. You may very well need rehabilitation assistance to fulfill such a task, as this is indeed a very difficult process to curtail.
