Pregnancy/ drug use: you recognize the important thing you used. You need to seek help from your OB, your drug counselor if you have one, you need one if you don't. The question is not wether your baby will be positive, it won't if you don't use again, but how do you not use again so your baby will be healthy and not born an addict. Tell your doctor, your parents, whoever you need to right now, protect that baby!

Yes: If they know to look for it they can find it.The best thing you can do for yourself & baby is to quit & remain clean. Let your doc know. In many situations they will never look, or look only tests that would identify recent use. If they want to go back into your early pregnancy they can find it, but it requires a different test.
