Do not know Nigerian law, but in US the patient has final say. Physicians cannot force treatment on you. They will study your medical history, do an in depth examination, take and interpret appropriate lab tests and images, and present you with the best possible treatment plan. But we have the right to say "NO." Our doctors will also try to prevent you from doing self harm. Talk to your doctors.

If you stop the Provera after you get your period you should also stop the Zumenon. However, if after two cycles you decide to go back for IVF there may be repeat testing and an additional delay when restarting.
