The answer depends on exactly where on your foot the pain is, and any other symptoms, what you are doing at the time, have you done certain forms of exercise, your particular diet (some deficiencies may lead to cramps), and many other factors. If this continues, please discuss with your doctor and have your foot/feet examined.
