Pain: Cold feet leading to back pain can be overcome but you must start by having your primary doctor refer you to the specialist who will work on the leg issue and the back pain. The specialist will have to document your concern and move to help both the leg and bac pain problems. It might take a few days to carefully determine what is happening and the specialist will discuss all issues.

Nerve related: Pain and "coldness" in feet is likely related to nerve entrapment possibly originating from lower back sciatica, radiculopathy or stenosis.
