Ask pediatrician: Palmoplantar hyperhidrosis is excess sweating of the palms and soles. Hyperhidrosis usually occurs in people who are otherwise healthy. Treatment depends on severity. Nonsurgical treatment otc antiperspirants, tap water iontophoresis, botulinum toxin injection and anticholinergic medications. To prescription antiperspirants. Surgical procedures are usually not done in children. See physician.
