After pfizer vaccine in may 2021, all my joints are in pain and pulsing nerve problem in my arms, hands legs and feet. i have seen a neurologist but the medication side effects did not allow me to use it. wil i ever get better?

The description of symptoms appears to be neuropathic pain, or vascular. Your medical provider can offer alternative treatment options if that medication side effects are intolerable.
