I've been taking citolapram for 6/7 mths now. i take it at pm. past 1 & 1/2 wks i've been having bad headaches, heart flutters, trouble w/ balance, and tiredness. could the meds do that or is this a separate issue?

Hard to relate your symptoms which have recently occurred to a medication you have taken for over 6 months, unless dose was recently increased. Otherwise, this needs a new investigation from your physician. Perhaps the headache issue is the prime problem and this may tie in with the other symptoms.
