Please see someone: It sounds uncomfortable. With so many symptoms you may have a systemic condition, a functional condition like fibromyalgia, or a combination of both. Rheumatologists are experienced at helping you sort all this out.

23y. When I lay down my bpm drops well down to 30 bpm. As I begin to doze off, I feel flutters and jarks in my chest, I'll jolt awake constantly. Finally when I do fall asleep, 2 hours later I wake to my heart racing and head hurting. Very tired. Sos?
