I have been havng burning in middle of shoulder blades evry night,i did endoscopy & ultrasound everything is normal except for slight inflamation in stomach i am on famotidine for a few weeks hw long to heal the inflamation. and what diet to follow?

For gastritis one should eat essentially a bland diet with no spicy,fried or greasy foods, and should avoid caffeine & alcohol & carbonated beverages.
