In cases like this I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist who will not only thoroughly examine you but will sit down with the radiologist and review your CT scan, ask the radiologist for a differential diagnosis of his findings, ask what other studies would be helpful or what other specialists, if any, could be helpful in your case.
