What is the key to getting in a healthy sleep routine? is it being active all day? because i don't know how people just fall asleep at 10 or 11 pm, when i try i just lay there and dont sleep until 3 or 4 am. is being active + not using computer key?

Healthy sleep routine includes daily exercise, good nutrition, adequate water intake, consistent sleep/wake times, low lights and no screens for 1-2 hours before bed. some people find it also helps to have a bedtime routine which helps your brain signal that sleep is coming.
