A member asked:

When i try to fall asleep it is as if i cannot get enough air. when this happens i get goosebumps and than have to get up. usually that is the end of any further sleep. it is as if i actively resist wanting to go to sleep. anything like a nose hair?

Sleep study: Get evaluation by pulmonary or sleep expert. Need to rule out obstructive sleep apnea or cardiac issue that could be related to laying flat in bed. Not something to delay as good adequate sleep is essential to overall good health and well being and poor sleep or lack of sleep can be serious enough to be fatal over time. Take time to care for yourself and get this checked out.
