I have these small bumps that appear on my top lip. they come and go , i notice they come most when i use liogloss or really any lip oil on my lips. they dont hurt or tingle or itch , theyre just there. unsure if its an allergic reaction or what?

This may be due to an intolerance of the lip gloss rather than a rip roaring allergic response. If seen bees wax containing lip balms do this. There are also other unnamed ingredients in lip balms that could be the culprit. Perhaps a dermatologist could advise you better if he/she examined your lip bumps.
