The bump or lump could be an early cold sore (herpes) , cyst,pimple or, if you have acne, an acne lesion. At this time, I would observe for cold sore features and ask your pharmacist to recommend an ointment. If not a cold sore, an MD would have to examine you for diagnosis and treatment advice.
