It depends on how hard you were hit. The trauma may result in fat necrosis due to damage to the fatty tissue in breast. That can produce a "lump", however that should resolve with time. If a "lump" forms tell your doctor of the trauma, when you see one. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
