My mom is having pain in left shoulder and elbow! also sometimes gets upto left breast sometimes gets to the back of the shoulder! sometimes no pain.

Has your mom: had her heart checked? Women will often get atypical symptoms with heart related illnesses, such as those you described. Although there are many other things that can cause these symptoms, heart is the problem to rule out first. Take her to her doctor. Hope this helps!
