Hi what conditions may cause raised ferritin and b12 with normal iron, liver, kidney function and no diabetes?

Ferritin levels are elevated in inflammatory conditions, including chronic kidney disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and other autoimmune disorders, and cancer. See your physician for an exam and additional testing, or get a referral to a hematologist for more detailed analysis.

Both ferritin and B12 may be elevated in persons with inflammation, especially chronic inflammation. Talk to the doctor who ordered these tests as s/he knows more about your health.
