.: Lots of protein along with conditioning exercises. Drink lots of fluids. Try to keep away from "energy drinks" "gatorade" etc. Only time you may need high sugar drinks like gatorade is if you have had a high intense workout and you are sweating buckets and feel tired. Otherwise you are adding unnecessary simple sugars into your body.
