Atherosclerotic changes of the abdominal aorta below the renal artery origins (infra = below, renal = renal artery) but no significant disease. However, there is celiac artery stenosis which can cause ischemia of the abdominal organs such as esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, spleen & part of duodenum. If you had angiogram done because of symptoms from these organs, the lesion needs to be fixed.

Your ectatic aorta has a small chance if developing into an aneurysm. In view of aortic calcification be aware of risk factors such as smoking, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, blood sugar and triglycerides.Consult a vascular surgeon to advise you about celiac artery stenosis.
