Why does my thumb on my left hands snap if i even move it? i didnt do anything to hurt it, its annoying when it does cause i feel it all thru my left arm and its painful, sometimes it goes away during the day and comes back at night,how to stop it?

Most likely tendonitis or osteoarthritis. Show to your Dr. Ask them to listen over it to see which it might be.
