Fell and hurt my hand 4 days ago hurts when i have to move it.. especially round my thumb area brusing gone up my arm and hand swellin to help?

Be evaluated.: Depening on how you landed you can have anything from a bruise, to tendon injury to a broken bone. Soft tissue swelling peaks in 3-5 days. A good rule of thumb ( no pun intended! ), is if you cannot make a fist, shake hands with a normal grip or hold a pencil between the thumb and index finger and write your name you need to be examined.
